Focus App.
A calmer system for directing attention toward the work that counts.
The Problem.
Professionals are operating in environments designed specifically to steal their attention. The physical reality involves a human at a desk, looking at a screen 0.5 meters away, bombarded by asynchronous notifications and experiencing unsustainably high cognitive load.
The Solution.
A single, monolithic "Start" button. We designed the primary loop around the physical act of initiating a deep work session. Zero configuration, zero setup. Once the button is pressed, the UI completely recedes and the OS-level noise is systematically blocked.
How it Helps.
By removing the friction of starting, Focus App allows users to drop into flow states faster and stay there longer. It physically trains the brain to associate a single mechanical digital action with sustained, uninterrupted output.
The Engineering.
The system is built as a lightweight daemon that interfaces directly with native OS notification APIs rather than relying on heavy Electron wrappers. It consumes less than 15MB of RAM, ensuring that your computer's resources are dedicated entirely to your actual work, not your productivity tools.
